SV	Ik wil dan, dat de mannen bidden in alle plaatsen, opheffende heilige handen, zonder toorn en twisting.

Alex	βουλομαι ουν προσευχεσθαι τους ανδρας εν παντι τοπω επαιροντας οσιους χειρας χωρις οργης και διαλογισμου
ASV	I desire therefore that the men pray in every place, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and disputing.
BE	It is my desire, then, that in every place men may give themselves to prayer, lifting up holy hands, without wrath or argument.

Darby	I will therefore that the men pray in every place, lifting up pious hands, without wrath or reasoning.

Web	I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.
Weym	So then I would have the men everywhere pray, lifting to God holy hands which are unstained with anger or strife;
